Production area: morainal hills south of Lake Garda.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes with separation of the skins. The fermentation is performed with selected yeasts.
Characteristics: the straw yellow colour has a golden tinge. The nose is flowery and fruity with hints of young fruit such as apple and banana with a slight touch of exotic fruit. Elegant and persistent. The taste is well balanced, full, soft but still maintaining a vivid acidity.
Food matching: goes well with starters, white meat and all kind of fish. Serve at 10-12° C.
